12TH ANNUAL DAY OF ICOD CELEBRATED AT KOLKATA

Webdesk, TNI Kolkata, 30th January, 2016: On 24th January ICOD celebrated their 12th Annual Day. Many guests were invited on the occasion. Visitors enjoyed the eco-biological area of the institution, the farmland, and the overall lush green campus as well which was also decorated with Rangoli (Alpona). A wall magazine & handicraft (made by the inmates of ICOD) exhibition was also inaugurated on the occasion. The main program started at 2.30 PM at ‘Bhogini Nibedita Hall’. Brother Gastone presided the program. He welcomed all the guests with his welcome speech. Smt. Mamata Ghosh, the Secretary of ICOD also addressed the gathering in the hall describing ICOD and the future of the organization. A musical drama directed by Mr. Samrat Bose and scripted by Mr. Nirmalya Ghosh was staged by the inmates of ICOD. Overall, it can be said that the sparkle in the eyes of the inmates of ICOD like Adimoni Besra, Yasmina Khatun, Rinki Khatun, Sarina Khatun etc. told the story which ICOD could bring in their eyes about their future.
